From the simple things in life… a sunny day.
The holidays began wrapped in fog, rain, and plenty of snow. Gray, quiet days, almost introspective. And then, after so many overcast days, the sun appears. It brightens, warms, changes everything — as if it came only to remind us that beauty lives precisely in these small changes.
And this is how the holidays come to an end: with a beautiful sunny day, bringing lightness, gratitude, and that comforting feeling of a full heart.
Time with family, simple exchanges, being truly present… they are worth everything. I love being with my family and with those I love. Tomorrow, routine begins again, with more focus, more energy, and a warmed heart.

🇧🇷Das coisas simples da vida… um dia de sol.
As férias começaram envoltas em neblina, chuva e muita neve. Dias cinzas, silenciosos, quase introspectivos. E então, depois de tantos dias fechados, o sol aparece. Ilumina, aquece, muda tudo. Como se viesse apenas para nos lembrar que a beleza mora justamente nessas pequenas mudanças.
E é assim que as férias chegam ao fim: com um lindo dia de sol, trazendo leveza, gratidão e aquela sensação boa de coração cheio. Mesmo sabendo que, antes e durante as férias, toda mãe que trabalha — fora ou dentro de casa — acaba se desdobrando para equilibrar tudo. Confesso que quase deixei o trabalho falar mais alto e desisti de tirar dois dias “off”. Ainda bem que não. Porque esse tempo em família, essas trocas simples, esse estar presente… valem tudo. Eu amo estar com a minha família e com quem eu amo. Amanhã a rotina recomeça, com mais foco, mais energia e o coração aquecido.

TV in the living room: villain or ally of design? It all depends on how it’s integrated into the project. A poorly positioned TV can break the harmony of the space — visible cables, wrong proportions, and lack of dialogue with materials make a living room lose its elegance.

That’s where custom TV panels and tailored bespoke furniture make all the difference. They combine function and aesthetics, organize the space, add warmth, and transform the TV into part of the overall concept — never a standalone element. In this teen girl’s bedroom, every choice was intentional — from the color palette to the textures, from the lighting to the smallest decorative elements. Nothing was random. Because details are not about excess, they’re about meaning.

This room was designed to grow with her, to feel cozy today and still make sense tomorrow. A space that supports dreams, creativity, rest, and everyday rituals.

That’s when a room stops being just beautiful…
and starts feeling like home.

Este quarto foi pensado para amadurecer com ela, para acolhedor hoje e fazer sentido amanhã. Um espaço que apoia sonhos, criatividade, descanso e os rituais do dia a dia.

On a cold Sunday, with snow falling outside, there’s nothing better than getting cozy in your TV room — but does that space truly meet your needs? Because the transformation of this Home Theater + Home Office project exceeded all my clients’ expectations and completely changed the way they enjoy this environment.

This makeover was one of those that truly shifts the energy of a home. The previous room, which lacked a clear identity, gained new life by bringing together two essential functions of everyday living: a Home Theater and a Home Office.

The process started with integrating both uses, creating a smarter and more comfortable layout. The custom-made carpentry made all the difference — it brought organization, value, and that feeling of a space designed with careful attention to detail. Indirect lighting came in to complete the atmosphere, making the room even more inviting and elegant.

For the final styling, every detail was chosen to elevate the space even further: textures, objects, colors, and compositions that tie everything together harmoniously.

In the end, the room became an irresistible invitation — functional for working during the day and perfect for unwinding with the family in front of the TV at night. A true transformation that blends aesthetics, comfort, and purpose.

With custom-designed joinery, we created a space that adapts perfectly to everyday needs - TV, working desk, books and decor objects — a true multifunctional retreat.
The shelves now hold hundreds of books, the height-adjustable desk offers comfort and practicality, and the integrated TV blends seamlessly into the cabinetry.
Every detail was designed to reflect my client’s personality — we reused and highlighted her favorite decorative pieces, giving them new life, and complemented everything with soft indirect lighting that adds warmth and character to the room.

MFWInteriors was born from the idea of making life beautiful and I am Fernanda, the face behind it. A styling specialist, able to transform impersonal spaces into unique, harmonic, functional and beautifully curated ambiances that elevates your living experience.

If you do have a good perspective of your project, if you are at the ideas stage or if you are unsure and considering a change, you will be pleasantly surprised with what an Interior Design and Décor perspective can deliver to you and your project.

Fernanda masterfully combines sensitivity to capture the desires of each client and rigor with quality. With a strong and soft presence, Fernanda involves the client throughout the process and, thus, her projects reflect the personality of each one, their life stories, affective memories and dreams for the future.

Fernanda passion for interior design was inspired by her family, love of travel and experiences. She followed her parent’s real estate business and got involved with their flair to renovations and décor. From early age, she experienced transformation of families through the transformation of their homes. Later, in parallel to her career in law, she joined her family business to lead the portfolio of managed properties.

After venturing abroad and leaving in the UK and Spain with her husband for several years, she made the decision. In 2012, inspired by Barcelona artistic boldness and interior design studies in IED (Instituto Europeo di Design) she have been dedicating herself and developing her passion since. She has developed projects in Spain, Brazil and Switzerland, where she currently lives.

Listening to your needs I will analyse and rethink your special layout, circulation, furniture and functionality will explore options and provide you with solutions which will maximize the potential of your space.

I will develop a layout plan (proposal of furniture items, its placing and sizes), conceptual board (design concept, style, colours, textures, finishings and décor accessories very well curated), 3D views according to your needs.

Product orderings and project management; bespoke furniture design.

From project to installation and styling, I WILL BE PRESENT at every step of the process bringing your interior project to life and making it special and unique.

The key benefit is not only the breathtaking moment you see your finished space for the first time, but I am able to save you valuable time and energy.

Renovation-full service

A bathroom, kitchen to a flooring change, a complete renovation. From initial planning, consultations and project management all the way through to the final days of dressing and finishing touches.

I will liaise with suppliers and builders throughout the process.

I will deliver an exceptional transformation to your space inclusive of bespoke finishings, hand picked materials and accessories. I will help you to realise your dream and understand what your space is truly capable of transforming into, leaving you with a beautiful and functional space that is certain to make an impact.

Décor solution

Listening to your needs I will analyse and rethink your furniture layout, functionality and wall colours will explore options and provide you with solutions which will maximize the potential of your space.

Will create a conceptual board with design concept, style, colours, textures, finishings and examples of furniture and accessories.
